Nick Carter has been very quiet when it comes to ongoing court battles with three women who are accusing him of sexual assault, but on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, he tweeted just that along with a motion for summary judgement on Shannon Ruth’s claims against him.
Documents featuring evidence against Shannon Ruth and co-conspirators Melissa Schumann and Ashley Repp. While the evidence is heavily against Ruth, Schumann and Repp have been made available thanks to @OurNevadaJudges, a Twitter account that follows court cases in Las Vegas and the state of Nevada.
Exhibits include items such as personal journal entries from Ruth, testimony from longtime friends, and people who worked on the Backstreet Boys’ “Black and Blue World Tour” in 2001.
