In case you’d forgotten, 1999 was a HUGE year for Backstreet Boys, owed pretty much entirely to the release of Millennium, the boys 3rd studio album worldwide, and Sophomore album Stateside. The release was record breaking in many ways. Check out the MTV special just a few days before the release.
