Today, April 20, 2015, the Backstreet Boys celebrate 22 years as a vocal harmony group. That means 22 years ago today, in a garage in a house in Orlando, Nick Carter, Howie Dorough and AJ McLean met Kevin Richardson’s cousin Brian Littrell for the first time and performed a Boyz II Men song, “It’s So Hard To Say Goodbye To Yesterday.”
The rest is history.
As Backstreet Boys fans, we couldn’t be more proud of those five guys for sticking together through all the trials and tribulations and fiascos that have happened along the way that would have torn any other band apart.
So join us in celebrating by using the #22YearsofBSB hashtag and check out the 22nd anniversary-related posts we have made over the past week.
