On April 1, 2005, the Backstreet Boys released their first single from their 2005 album “Never Gone.” It was the first single the group released since 2001’s “Drowning” from their “Chapter One” greatest hits compilation.

It was written by Dan Muckala, Lindy Robbins, and Jess Cates, and it was produced by Muckala, who Nick Carter is currently working with on his third solo album.

The song became one of their most successful singles, peaking at number thirteen on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, and charting within the top 10 of thirteen countries.
