If you follow AJ on Instagram, you may have noticed how fit he is becoming. I personally believe there is a contest between him and Nick Carter, you know, that brotherly war; the ‘I’m going to look better than you.” kind of thing. None of us mind the shirtless pictures from ANY of the guys.
AJ calls his former self “FatStreet Boy”, which is hilarious. And, if you’re like me, you never noticed his weight gain anyway because he was always willing to take his shirt off and has always been confident about himself. It seems to me that AJ has been really into health and fitness lately. He and his wife have not only inspired me to lose this extra weight, but several others!
AJ hasn’t specified his recent diet, but I could have sworn I heard him talking about “clean-eating” which would include a ton of veggies, chicken and water. If you’re looking for inspiration, look no further than the man himself.
This was AJ’s first version of the Before and After’s we are used to seeing. While the beard stayed the same, the body went through one heck of a change, didn’t it? I saw this and thought; “Wow, he can’t lose much more weight than that. He looks great!”
Then, shortly after the 2nd leg of the US Tour took off, AJ kicked it up a notch and joined our beloved bike club. Which featured AJ, Josh, Justin (Shaggs) and often times Brian would join.
Do see Ab-tastic AJ over there? Holy cow…HOW COULD HE GET ANY BETTER?
And then, the day came AJ started teasing us about him being cruise-fit and how we’re all going to love his new body (as if we didn’t love it before). So, after many of teasers like this…
Fans had had enough, there were comments upon comments begging him to just “take it off!”. Everyone licking their screens so much they had to get new laptops and tablets. So, he took it off…
All of his hard work is easily seen here. His body has really come a long way and I know he’s got to be proud of himself! He’s done a fantastic job keeping himself healthy and happy.
I hope some of you look at all the work AJ’s done to himself and know that you’re able to accomplish the same thing, if not more. It’s not easy and it’s a lifestyle change, but obviously it’s worth it! Loving yourself comes first. If you’re not happy, make the change…Today is the day.
