Opinion: “Goal” For It!

With all the World Cup excitement from the past weeks I could not resist making this little video:

Backstreet Boys – Soccer

Today has been an interesting day for me to say the least!  It was one of those days filled with highs and lows…a roller coaster of emotions!

I got to work at 5:45 am feeling beyond tired from the late night boot camp class I taught the night before.  But it is my job as a fitness pro to motivate, so I put on my “big girl” sweats and a smile and got to work!

As the day progressed I just couldn’t seem to relax…anxiety was coursing through my veins…and I just felt off.

But I have been open as of late to my struggles in the past and I just focused on the positive and kept on going…and sweating!

But then I got home from work to two beautiful little girls…one of which shared her diary with me!

Tears came to my eyes!  My seven year old was happy with life…what more could I ask for?

The answer to that is “nothing”!

Yet…there is so much I feel I need to do on this Earth. I want to make a difference…to help people…to leave a mark!

I guess I’m not quite sure where I am going with this…and as I write it is getting harder because my husband is watching a DVD of Glen Campbell and he is singing Amazing Grace…kills me every time! (Please say you know who that is…ha, ha!)

My main focus on this site is fundraising…and since it was inspired by a special somebody…I am here.

So my challenge to you is to set some goals” and “Goal For It”!

Do you have a passion?  Follow it!

If there is something you want to do, make a plan and do your best to execute it!
