for backstreet boys fans. by backstreet boys fans.

In honor of the Backstreet Boys’ 22nd anniversary on Monday, April 20, we here at Boys On The Block, are going to be making some posts in celebration of that.

We are calling it #22YearsofBSB and invite everybody to use the hashtag on Twitter.

For now, our first post for the anniversary is 22 Backstreet Boys songs that should have been released as singles. We made it into a video with mostly video footage as the songs are counted down.

What do you think? Do you agree with the number one choice or do you think there’s a song that should have been on the list?

Note: If the video is not working, give it a moment. As of 2:58 a.m. EST, YouTube’s having a little issue.

Nice list. I completely agree with songs like “Siberia”, “Trouble Is”, and “Don’t Want You Back”, among others.
If I made such a list, I’d probably include “Trust Me”, “Safest Place to Hide”, “What Makes You Different (Makes You Beautiful)”, and “Song for the Unloved”.

One of my absolute favorite BSB songs is “Climbing the Walls” off of Never Gone. I obsessively love it. I love singing the higher harmony part 🙂 One of the unreleased tracks I love is “Forces of Nature”. Really, there are so many songs it would be hard to pick a complete list, but those two are my favorites. There are really only 2 songs I do not like at all (and that’s great after 22 years!). I’ve never liked “If You Want It To Be Good Girl” (and AJ agrees with me lol) and the newer “PDA”. Besides those two, all their songs are single worthy in my mind 🙂

I love it!!! Unmistakable, Siberia, i miss Safest Place to Hide , but well we love almost all bob songs, =)

I love them all but Back To Your Heart should have been a single, definitely. My heart still melts when I hear it.
Also, Trust Me should have been up there, along with the unreleased “Lift Me Up” and “Everyone”
