Yes, you read that title right. The 2022 version of Nickolas Gene Carter might be the best version that we have ever had.
In the past, we’ve had many Nicks. We’ve had baby!Nick, we’ve had banana peel!Nick. We’ve had bad boy rocker!Nick. We’ve had healthy and clean!Nick, engaged!Nick, and “Dancing with the Stars” dancing!Nick.
Then we got Daddy!Nick and everything changed – we got to see more inside his private life with his children.
Some people say he tries to hard when he’s posting photos of his kids on social media, but you know what I say to those people? Get a life. Get over it. He’s not forcing his kids on anybody.
Don’t like it? Unfollow him. It’s easy to do. There’s a little button there on the profiles to do that.
The 2022 version of Nick Carter is a version that many of us like. He doesn’t have to share any of that with us. He could just life his life and we see photos of Odin, Saoirse, or Pearl a few times a year, but he doesn’t. He looks at us as a part of his life and he wants to share that with us.
And I love that.
Gone are the days of Nick staying up all night and partying. Gone are the days where he sits online all day and plays video games or spying on what fans are saying (we know you did it, Nick).
The thing that I don’t think a lot of people realize is that during Covid, Nick got to be semi normal for the first time since he was a kid. There were no tours. There were no photoshoots. He was just “Daddy” and I truly believe that changed him as a person and made him an even better version of the heartthrob that we all know and love.
As someone who never really had a father growing up, I don’t think sharing your love for your children is a bad thing.
I love this version of Nick Carter and if you don’t, it says more about you than it does anybody else.
