The all-new Backstreet Boys Fan Club has finally launched! Fans have waited since last year to renew or join. This wasn’t possible as the website was in the process of being updated. Now fans can join the Fan Club once again. With the new Fan Club comes questions that fans may have and I’m here to answer and help explain things for you.

- I never received an invite to the new Fan Club, but my membership was active. How do I join?
Send an email to support at [email protected] and they should be able to help.
Fans who had active or recently expired memberships were sent invites on March 24 on how to join the new Fan Club. Make sure to check spam, junk or any other folder where new emails may be in.
If you never received an email and your membership recently expired you can send an email to support or just join.
Are you new to the Fan Club or haven’t had a membership in a long time? Everyone can now join by visiting backstreetboys.com/fan-club. - Why won’t my login information work?
This is a brand-new platform. The login you used on the old Fan Club will no longer work. Our previous information did not transfer over. The old fan club was deleted including our accounts, blogs, photos, and more.
Everyone regardless if you had an active membership or not, will have to create a new login. Those of you who received invites should follow what it says. - How much does the Fan Club cost?
There are two price options for the Fan Club. You can choose to pay $5.99 monthly or $60 a year. Annual memberships get a 20% discount.
Why can’t I use PayPal for my payment?
As of right now PayPal is not available through this new platform. This may change in the future. You can pay using a credit card instead. If you prefer to not use a credit card you can always use a prepaid Visa or MasterCard gift card. - Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time to prevent future payments from being made. - What’s included in the new Fan Club?

As time goes on there will be more official content added and more exciting things. We don’t know what just yet, but I’m sure fans will enjoy this new platform and what it has to offer. For now you can share your favorite Backstreet Boys memories, introduce yourself, and chat with other fans from around the world.
