There are a lot of movies that I love, especially ones that star Elvis Presley – today’s Man Crush Monday.
“Jailhouse Rock.” “Viva Las Vegas.” And, “Follow That Dream.”
Most non-Elvis fanatics have never heard of this movie, but I saw it once weekend during an Elvis marathon on television as a kid and fell in love with it.
It’s basically about a family from South Georgia (you can see why I like it so much) that travel down to the Florida Keys. Their car breaks down and someone tells them that if you build a home on unclaimed property (such as the beach), then it’s yours. Yeah, that works out great.
