Hanson
All you need to say about Hanson is “MMMBop.” The classic song that came out in 1997 made the three brothers from Oklahoma famous and they’ve never stopped turning out the hits since. Their debut album, “Middle of Nowhere,” earned three Grammy nominations. Personally, Issac, Taylor and Zac Hanson have all married and have huge families of their own. Their children appear in their latest music video, “I Was Born.”
“Hungry Like A Wolf” by Duran Duran
“Hungry Like A Wolf” is a 1982 song released by British band Duran Duran. The song came from the group’s second studio album named after their hit song, “Rio.” “Hungry Like A Wolf” peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 100 charts, but with the music video, it helped launch the band as international superstars. The music video for the song that was filmed in the jungles of Sri Lanka won the group a Grammy Award for Best Short Form Music Video in 1984. They were the first to ever win the award.
Hi-Five
Hi-Five is a group that got together in 1989 in the heyday of New Kids on the Block. The group, which formed in Waco, Texas, was signed to Jive Records in late 1989 and released their debut album. The album was produced by Teddy Riley and included their No. 1 hit, “I Like The Way (The Kissing Game).” The group disbanded in 1994 and reunited in 2012, releasing an album on their own independent label. Since then, one member died from inhaling Freon from an air conditioning unit. Another was charged with murder. Two other members have reformed the group again with new members.
