for backstreet boys fans. by backstreet boys fans.

I have read every book by Lurlene McDaniel. She is a very popular writer of inspirational novels about teenagers facing life-altering situations. I can’t even remember when I started reading her work. So when I started reading “What Are The Chances?” I knew this was my kind of reading. The characters in Karah’s story are not teenagers, but they are both facing life-altering situations.

I hope you will find the time to read “What Are The Chances”, but this is why I loved this book.

5 Reasons to read “What Are The Chances?”

  1. Do you believe in fate? If so, you will love this story by our very own Karah! Karah has a way of telling a story that draws you in quickly before you have a “chance” to put the book down.
  2. The lust between Rebecca and Liam is undeniable. My heart was racing as I envisioned the bedroom and shower scenes. My heart also broke when a wrench was thrown into Rebecca and Liam’s blossoming romance. I want Rebecca to find happiness. I want Liam to find someone who really cares for him and not to be used by others just for their own agenda.
  3. This story is a little different from other stories published by Karah. This story is based on the idea of a song by none other than the Backstreet Boys. Karah had already begun writing this story prior to the song
“Chances” being released on November 9, 2018 and the title fit the story perfectly.
  4. This is my 1st book review for “Weekend Read” because it is shorter than other books by Karah. It is only 13 chapters. I love the titles as some are song titles from previous Backstreet Boy albums. I give her credit for having two chapters titled “Breathe” because as we know… the Backstreet Boys themselves have two songs both titled “Breathe”.
  5. “What Are The Chances?” is only 120 pages. I was able to read it over a weekend which is really the only time I get to just sit down with a warm blanket, a cup of tea and read a book.

“What Are The Chances?” is available in Kindle Edition as well as paperback on along with other books by our very own Karah.
