History: @BackstreetBoys’ Never Gone tour began 15 years ago

July has many historic Backstreet Boys-related dates, but this is one of the top – the anniversary of the beginning of the “Never Gone” tour!

The tour kicked off in the boys’ home state of Florida in West Palm Beach, before trekking up to Tampa and Duluth, Ga. (otherwise known as outside of Atlanta). It was the last tour that Kevin Richardson did with the group before coming back in 2012. 

Fun Fact: The Jonas Brothers opened some shows for the Backstreet Boys on this tour!
